only place in the continental US to see bonafide Neotropical fungi. that and maybe some other parts of the gulf coast. I must explore this place more someday. heck, I wouldn’t be surprised to someday find the Neotropic zone’s borders redrawn on account of how many fungi once thought exclusive to Central and South America fungi also show up in and around Florida.
