No herbarium specimen

Notes: Cluster of 5-6 in grass near a tree (? species). Smaller ones brown cap, largest cap (9omm) nearly all white. Cap deeply convex. Flesh firm. Odor not detected or very mild.Spore on grass white with probable pink caste. Annulus is superior. Adnate. Central stipe equal shape.
