These elegant if not colorful mushrooms were growing from the ground near a long-fallen tree. I think they might be the same as one of my early observations from last year.

Agrocybe have brown spores, but not so much rusty or orange brown spores.
The spores simply have not matured yet, but this is definitely an Agrocybe, probably the A. praecox cluster.
usually by the time the veil has released like that its completely rusty brown with spores, Agrocybe is still probable.
