Observation 21745: Bryoria fuscescens (Gyelnik) Brodo & D. Hawksw.

Notes:
Apparently in these high-elevation “cloud forests” (spruce-fir forest on valley slopes) Bryoria fuscenscens, Bryoria pseudofuscescens (paler with no soralia) and Alectoria sarmentosa are dominant. (There is also Nodobryoria oregana with somewhat more flattened branches? and more reddish color — a different cellular structure in cortex.)
