No herbarium specimen

Notes: ON tree about 6-7 feet/ 2-2.5m up from ground in a path. Shady area. Very tough and moist, hard to rip, and almost slimy.

sadly this was a while ago and the park is 3 hours away from me, so I don’t have ready access to the fungi. :(
