Judging from the scales on the cap, this species will find its place in Sect. Pseudostropharia – using the system of K.V.WAVEREN. Regarding the strange spore form and ?size? it should come close to Psathyrella populina. To veryfy this, of course the shape and size of Cheilo- and Pleurocystidia are needed!
In America there is a related species, calles P. hirtosquamulsoa (Peck) A.H. Smith. May be that is a hint towards your find?
