Observation 218368: Phlebia coccineofulva Schwein.
When: 2015-10-10

Notes: This bright red membrane appeared late last year in the season on the same log, so it is definitely perennial.
It is considerably redder and larger than description and in the photo in Macrofungi Associated with Oaks.

Floudas /Hibbett named a new species in 2015 ‘Phanerochaete sanguineocarnosa’, however I have not found any photos.
