Observation 21845: Hygrocybe (Fr.) P. Kumm.
When: 2009-06-08
No herbarium specimen

Notes: But which one? This is found in the subtropical rainforest of NE NSW. These specimens were found at lower Minyan falls. They are up to 10mm across the top and up to 25mm high. These examples would be a little less than that. They are gregarious and are quite common currently. They grow in dirt, but generally around trees (there are quite a few trees in the forest!!!).
