No specimen available

found on the stump of a northern red oak. Diameter of the larger cap is 4 cm. Little in the way of granulation. Cap margins are lined. Gills free; the edges are not darkened. Short gills numerous. Stipes hollow, fragile, longitudinally spiral striate and white pruinose. No distinctive odor or taste.
