Notes: Growing on bark.
I gave to this one the classification of lichen, but I’m not sure if it is lichenized at all. In the field it vaguely resemble Phaeographis lyellii; However, magnifying the photo one can clearly see that what seems apothecia is an ensemble of very small perithecia, packed in some stoma-like tissue. This looks to me very strange. Maybe only microscopy will help here, unless …

this is a non-lichenized fungus. There are no asci or spores, only conidia could be seen.

I agree, I bet this is not lichenized
