I haven’t used ruler for this observation, since the acorn kindly lent itself to help appreciate the size of the mushrooms. And it’s a small one as far as acorns go. As far as discoloration of the stem base – I don’t see it as I just looked at the specimen.

Thinking it might be in the section of Inocybe where psilocybin is present. Reminds me of a very small Inocybe calimastrata. Gills are akin to the widely separated, loose arrangement found in P.montana. Look for discoloration at stem base while drying. All of your collections from your last foray are fantastic and gorgeous sir :-)
