Looks like you have two species here. The first image I would call Tricholoma davisiae with its dry cap, and dark, acute umbo, the other two look like T. equestre with viscid cap and completely yellow gills.

Yes, I noticed the cap of that one was much more viscid, but other than that, the macroscopic features seemed the same to me. Is it possible that influences the perception of color of the photo?

The bottom photo shows a very viscid, much more yellow cap.
