Recognized by sight: Lacking powdery volval remnants on the length of the stipe. A. parcivolvata would be striate at this stage and the warts aren’t as dense in that species.

The lack of partial veil was throwing me for a loop here. But, like you said, the “warts” and lack of striation are no good for A. parcivolvata anyway.

I somehow missed that the veil remnants are on the margin of the cap— I was expecting a much larger partial veil remnant!
