Caps were 120 x105 and 50 mm. Stipe 120 × 28 (base 70 mm) and 70 x18 mm

Cap was darker that other Leccinum I have found in this area, viscid. Mixed conifers including Hemlock, Pine and Larch.

Small localized areas in the cap briefly pink before turning gray. Very muted and dispersed pink reaction in the stipe except where bruised. Bruised areas puplish pink then slowly gray. Light yellow in the base of the stipe of the large FB slowly becoming greenish.
