Observation 22247: Laccaria proxima (Boud.) Pat. var. proxima

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Found growing under Red pine and mixed hardwoods. Looks similar to Laccaria laccata but spores or elliptical not round. I noticed that Leccaria Lacata has more ornamentation than those of the described species here.
