Observation 222575: Hygrocybe olivaceonigra (P.D. Orton) M.M. Moser

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Obvious greenish color that made me go …“ohhhh”. Obviously bruising which puts it in the H.conica group. For splitters, I suppose it would be H.olivaceoniger? In very old second growth Douglas fir forest – near stream.

This was about six inches away and while I can’t be sure it was the same specie – very good chances it is.
