Based on microscopic features: Check spore size for confirmation, sulphidia would be cool too, but will only indicate that this is indeed Anellaria.

Your measurements are too short for Panaeolus semiovotus, that leaves Panaeolus papilionaceus, your measurements match Gerhardt’s P. papilionaceaus var. parvisporus with a fugaceous veil and smaller spores. However the macro is not really what I would expect with that…

Also, your cheilocystidia image mostly shows basidioles.
