Notes:

Habitat: scattered/gregarious in grass.
Identification based on: white to buff-brown convex cap (margin sometimes incurved), free light pink gills that turn dark brown, white cylindrical to subbulbous stipe, smooth, ellipsoid, dark brown spores. Cap turns yellow in KOH. Cap and stipe quickly turn bright yellow where cut or bruised.
