Observation 223363: Fungi Bartl.
When: 2015-11-18

Notes: Found at base of White fir, very firm, has yellowish patches on top/sides; white with small volval patches or other odd scaley things; munched areas showing a distinctive blue halo around munched area. While this was terrestrial, it had no base that I could find. I recognize the first photo isn’t the best. Colors include yellow, white scales or warts, lime green, one or two layers of inner tissue similar to a Geastrum, the very distinctive aquamarine-blue layer, and finally what seems to be a white interior. Nearly perfectly round. Will try to add photos after slicing tomorrow.
