Notes: A solitary specimen fruiting from the side of a wet, rotted log, so near to the ground it appeared terrestrial at first. Cap: 5 cm., some forked gills. Stipe: 5 cm. X 6 mm., with short brown fibers seen at 10 X magnification. Obtained a persile white spore print.
