If it were sorediate instead of isidiate, the reticulate ridges in parts of the thallus may suggest something exotic like P. perreticulata. Or if it were ridged throughout without such obviously punctate pseudocyphellae, maybe it could be Canoparmelia caroliniana… But as it is, I think it can only be P. rudecta (or the much rarer P. amabilis if it is pale below).
