Notes: Habitat: scattered in small clusters on well rotted (Hemlock?) stump in mixed woods.
Cap: 7-8 cm diam, convex, broad navel; dry, slightly velvety; yellow-tan with whitish center & margin, margin striated & rolled under.
Gills: crowded, forked, slightly decurrent, orange (indoor lighting).
Stipe: short, ~1 cm thick, nearly centered, brown.
Spores: print whitish; kidney-shape, 4.7 × 3.0 μm.
