Notes: Beautiful red pored bolete found in moss under Pines and Spruce. Collected in a very remote area locally called Lower Enchanted Twp in Northwest Somerset Co., Maine. Taste is mild. Spore print color was not determined. nrITS, nrLSU and TEF-1α DNA sequences of this collection are available. Send email if interested.
