This needs a reverse read

I think you will find that when you do a reverse read and stitch together the rest of the sequence, it does not match the European C. nuda. I have seen this species in eastern USA and in Mexico – a long string of T’s causes enzyme slippage. In the real C. nuda s.s., these T’s do not occur and it’s possible to get a good sequence with just a single read.
