Observation 23017: Crinipellis Pat.
When: 2009-07-08
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Several of these tall, slender, tiny things were scattered in Zone 03. I saw at least three. Maybe 3mm across and up to 15 high, wiry dark stipe, radially-marked cap with reddish tones and even greenish at center. Gills cream, appear free(!), cap margin has projections and from above gives the impression of an umbrella with slightly overshooting spars.

I left them undisturbed, as I doubt I could transport such tiny specimens intact or get a spore print from one. Their comparative height was convenient in allowing me to get gill shots without disturbing them overly.
