Observation 23362: Suillus Gray

When: 2009-07-20

Collection location: Forest near Elgin St., Pembroke, Ontario, Canada [Click for map]

Who: Paul Derbyshire (Twizzler)

No specimen available

A couple of these small tan suilli have already appeared in Zone 15. There were many last year in the same area, under Populus tremuloides and Pinus banksiana, in October and November. Apparently these can appear throughout the warmer months after rain.
