Observation 2338: Hericium coralloides (Scop.) Pers.
When: 2007-02-04
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Hadn’t found a Hericium before. This one is a loose set of branches, with teeth, which is either H. abietis or H. ramosum. With the teeth along the branches, loose branches, and growth on rotten hardwood, this pointed to H. ramosum.
