Your only chance with crusts like this is a photo with far better resolution (say, through a dissecting scope), but even then you will often need to see spores and microscopic apothecial characteristics to get anywhere. But there are a few crustose genera that are recognizable by sight (at least to an expert, not necessarily me!)… with a better photo.
