it reminds a lot of Inocybe leucoblema:

- so my guess is something in that section.
Microscopy is needed, of course.

there seems to be a cob-webby universal veil covering the cap and extending down the stipe. If others see this, may be some kind of Cortinarius. But to my eye the gills structure looks more Lactarius-like.
