Found growing under mixed Broad leaved trees and scatter strands of Eastern Hemlock. This was growing in an area where a tree had fell about two years ago. The cap is firm and the pore surface shallow. Stem weakly turns blue but not very significantly. Spore print is olive brown. I ate this one had good flavor and texture
