Observation 24193: Amanita flavorubens (Berk. & Mont.) Sacc.

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Normally i See A. Amererubescens around here but his one is very yellow. These are a bit immature and snapped this pic in haste. later found a fully mature one but batteries dead in camera. so hopefully i will get a better shot of this tomarrow if the critters don’t get to it first. Seems A amererubescens is munched on by night dwelling creatures.
