The size of the caps were all around 2cm, which is unusually small for this species. There were small enough that when I first glanced at them I assumed they were Panaeolus foenisecii. However, on closer inspection the color and stature were wrong and I realized they were Psathyrellas. They had the characteristic fragility, the gills had the right color and they were not at all mottled.
