No herbarium specimen

Notes: This little guy is only about three inches from the ground up. I don’t know how long the tail is because it broke off. I’m guessing it went for quite a ways.

There looks like a Lepidella that is known from the northeastern states to the middle appalachians that I have called “species 9.” There is now a nom. prov. Without a herbarium specimen, I can’t be sure; but I’m going to propose the provisional name.
