In my mind there is no doubt that it’s a Laccaria.

It’s the same two mushrooms

The top one is the one on the right, the bottom the one on the left, (I bent the stipe so you could see the top of the cap in the picture.)

but without doubt it is a Laccaria…

your photo clearly shows a fibrous stipe.

If this is the same mushroom as in Ian’s photo, then I concede that it could be a laccaria. it’s one heckuva delicate laccaria, though!
