Used references: Arora’s Mushrooms Demystified, p. 391. Stipe and pileus with coarse orange-yellow scales. Arora states gills should be adnate or notched; but these appear decurrent, at least to me. There also appears to be a secondary fungus growing especially from the gills in photo 57659 when enlarged to maximum: rusty red versus the mostly dull orange of other gills on other specimens.
