Unparasitized Armillaria were not seen in the immediate vicinity of these, in Zone 56, but some were seen here and there pretty much throughout the woods (and ignored — you’ve seen one brown scaly Armillaria, you’ve seen ’em all) including within a few tens of feet of this spot.
