This is my best guess, and only mine. The photo really doesn’t give the bright red cap its due, nor does it show the relatively tiny size: about 1-inch wide caps, and stipes perhaps 2 inches long. This doesn’t look at all like Suillus caerulescens to me, but was amazingly vibrant in its color, which apparently didn’t reproduce in low-light conditions without flash. Sorry.
