Had Ed Foy bring me a single bag of Pleurotus pulmonarius for culture/inoculation of Easter Red oak (Quercus pulmonarius) logs or stump. Photos show resulting fruiting, some still inside the space-bag, of P. pulmonarius (or is it Hypsizygus this week). Neither Ed nor I am currently up to date on the new nomenclature of this old, very edible mushrooms.
