NOT PHALLOIDES IF you look at all my observations you will see the phalloides the cap color is gross green/whiteish in this area and few if any universal viel remnants on cap no radial grooves on edge of cap and stalk is whiter, in calyptroderma

the stalk is definite yellow cap is evenly orange / brown usually has singular thick white skull cap patch of universal viel but not always! stalk gell filled to hollow .usually its the spring amanita ( velosa )that gets confused with the destroying angel (ocreata).

looks like death caps to me.

I found some death caps in Pogonip park yesterday. They look just like the ones you have.
