Notes: Growing at the base of a deciduous tree. It grew around the thorny branch. Very pretty, would love to ID it.

Recognized by sight: Could be confused with Bjerkandera fumosa, but adusta is smaller, has darker and zonate pore layer, and a more distinct white cap margin.
