Observation 28280: Russula parazurea Jul. Schäff.
When: 2009-11-13
No herbarium specimen

Notes: This lone Russula with a distinctive cap color, yellow spores, mild taste, no odor and relatively small, should be easy to id.
The spores were approx. 8.0 X 6.0 microns and amyloid.
Hopefully someone will recognize it.
