Notes: Found Growing in a down tree of Bass wood. It hasn’t quite open up yet. Usually find this in the spring before the Morels are up I use them as Morels. Where ever I have found them shortly after there are Morels showing up in the same area.

I also recently found one of these scarlet cups. Until this year in have only found them in the spring.
