Spore Print White

Recognized by sight: White spore print, what could be the remains of a volva still attached to the bottom of the stipe. Gill coloration looks cream or yellow-tinted, which would be quite unusual for an Amanita. Could also be a Tricholoma species, perhaps something near T. flavidum?
