Notes: growing on ground under Psedotsuga menziesii, some snow on ground, woodland mushroom; light brown spore print, spores elliptical; dry, smooth cap; attached gills, thick, fleshy stalk; cortina not visible when collected probably due to age; rusty brown splotched cap with lighter greyish brown stipe;
