When: 2009-12-04
Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: This mushroom has a white spore print, the remnants of an annulus, a trichalomatoid shape, and slightly deccurent gills. It also had scattered small dark hairs on the cap mainly concentrated in the center. Under the microscope, it could be seen that the spores were smooth, round, and not amyloid.
