Recognized by sight: Large white fruiting body. Cap folded up at margins with a depressed center. Short stem that breaks like a piece of chalk. Very tough white flesh. Gills attached and also white.

Based on microscopic features: Looked at its gill section under the microscope. I was trying to image the cystidia.
