Looks a lot like a Suillus. It appears to have a viscid cap and a spongy appearance also there are conifer needles laying about. I have found similar looking ones above Lake Elsinore in a experimental forest of penny pines.

Suillus are really spongy and often slippery. Boletus tend to be firm.
