OK, it is not a species that I see often as it is Northern in distribution.
It is a distinctive and attractive species when not so wet!
In this specimen the hairs on the cap can not be seen because a few days it rained. And for this same reason, the yellow pigment is partially washed.
which is yellowish with a very hairy cap. Looks a bit like Lactarius uvidus.
