Recognized by sight: Stem seems to be a good match for M. acicula. The caps are a bit faded and spread out however.

I first considered M. acicula for this observation but the caps were not pink, peach, nor red at all…. So I figured it was probably M. oregonensis after looking at some photos.

There was a single M. acicula about a yard away, and it was pink and looked quite different from these, but then again, it was growing only a yard away.
