Used references: Arora’s Mushrooms Demystified, p. 799, under Discina perlata. Said to be "a yellowish, sometimes stalkless, truncate-spored species found under both hardwoods and conifers, particularly in eastern North America. No references found to it growing on wood, so this observation could be important. Need herbarium collection.
